COGNATE experience is a major prerequisite, employers of labor look out for when considering an applicant for a job in the cooperate world. It is a desideratum for job placements as it helps in mitigating the dilly dally that inexperience brings, it is also cost-effective as an experienced employee needs little or no on-the-job training hence hitting the ground running in delivering results and set targets is guaranteed.
The same can’t be said to be true when it comes to politics and governance especially as it relates to seeking elective offices. Many a time, we have seen persons lacking the requisite experience, knowledge, and administrative clout favored through perhaps questionable means into public offices, and the results as expected are always wholly dissatisfactory.
In the dawn of these present political reawakening and with the 2024 Edo State gubernatorial elections fast approaching, the mood of the people who are now critically introspective and extremely circumspective is inclined toward having someone who truly epitomizes the word, “Experience”.
Prince Clem Ikanade Agba is that someone.
With a bachelor’s degree in Economics and two master’s degrees, one in management and the second one in supply chain management, Prince Clem Agba have got vast experience in the public and private sectors having worked with Pegasus industries limited and Super Engineering Limited. He also worked with the multinational oil and gas giant, Chevron Nigeria Limited for many years. While in the private sector, he was a proactive change agent, a result-oriented mobilizer, a mentor, and an achiever as he delivered severally and excellently on world-class and top-notch assignments, programs, and projects.
As a talent that he is with the requisite experience to drive his agenda, Prince Clem Agba was invited by Comrade Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole to serve in his Edo Rescue Team cabinet as Commissioner for Environment and public utilities. He was later redeployed to the Ministry of Lands, Survey, and Housing. The results of his stewardship are very pellucid. Visible even to those with visual impairments.

Prince Clem Agba again brought his experience to bear as an Honourable Minister of States for Budgets and Economic Planning and recorded multi-dimensional successes in office. He attracted several commendable and verifiable projects to the three senatorial districts of Edo State. Without fear of contradiction, Prince Clem Agba was the most visible minister in the cabinet of the erstwhile President, Muhumadu Buhari.
Let’s support an embodiment of knowledge, talent, and discipline, who has in quantum the capability, and charisma. He is the delicate and well-homed balance between the private and public sectors. He is truly experience personified.
