Reactions As Man Jumps From Third Mainland Bridge Into River (VIDEO)

NIGERIANS have reacted to a video of a man who jumped from the Lagos State Third Mainland Bridge into the river on Tuesday morning, making rounds on social media.

While some queried the video maker, some said it is not real.
@adeolugboyega1: “Have been watching this video over and over again. Is it depression? Is it non acceptance by the society? What could it be? Another thing that came to mind is the possiblity of the guy commiting a crime somewhere and felt he should just end it all with suicide. Just thinking. It’s quite sad!”
@dto.oflagos101: “The guy was saying astagfirulahi before jumping. I wonder what he was facing. May God never let us face the depression that be too heavy for our heart.“
@tunadel55: “The Man that did the video should have tactical save him from behind instead of going towards and asking questions. We do see the foreigners on hw they attempt to this kind of situation, anyway God knows the best and his time as reached.“
@bodayemo: “He had time…He held on to that bridge thinking should I jump or not? A little word of hope from that guy holding the camera would have help or atleast bought time to grab him from behind. Instead, he was asking talomo? (Who knows him?).”
_aramide02: “People needs to understand this, Nomata what you’re going through in life , it’s not permanent! You will scale through it all! Pls don’t give up on your dreams! We all know the country is hard but when there’s life there’s hope!!!! I feel really sad for him.“
@madunagijennifer: “I think the person who recorded that video did a horrible job. There was no attempt to help calm the depressed boy or even reassure him. Sadly, he was only interested in taking videos.
