MICHAEL Imoudu National Institute for Labour Studies (MINILS) and the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) will hold the first Harmattan School at MINILS in Ilorin from Monday, 6th to Friday, 10th December, 2021

Theme: Covid-19, implications and the World of work.
The Host Governor is His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq.
The Royal Father of the Day is His Royal Majesty, the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Sulu Gambari CFR.
The Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Mr Festus Keyamo, SAN who is the Special Guest of Honor will declare the programme open and commission the newly built twenty (20) rooms hostel and clinic.
Other dignitaries include, the National President of NLC, Comrade Ayuba Wabba; the General Secretary of NLC, Comrade Emmanuel Ogbuaja; the Presidents and General Secretaries of Affiliates of NLC; Delegates from various Labour Centres of Countries in the sub Region including South Africa; The Country representative of Friedrich Ebert Foundation, Dr Daniel Mann; the Country Director of ILO, West Africa Region, Vanessa Phala and Diplomats, including the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba.
The Director -General/Chief Executive of MINILS, Comrade Issa Aremu mni, npom is the host while the Governing Council Chairman, Comrade Frank Kokori will be the Chief Host.
