TO mark World Refugee Day, the head of the UN refugee agency has urged influential stakeholders in Sudan to push the warring parties to the negotiation table in order to secure a ceasefire. Filippo Grandi said this is necessary to find a lasting political solution. “Without that,” he said, “I am afraid we will see more refugees and more suffering”.
