Chief Lucky Imasuen allegedly bribes Presiding Officers in his residence, task them to work for APC
FREEPRESS – Information just reaching Urhokpota Reporters indicates that the former Deputy Governor of Edo State, Chief Lucky Imasuen is at the moment at his residence at Iriri hosting Youth Corpers, saddled with the responsibilities of Presiding over the 28th September governorship election.
One wonders why a chieftain of APC will be holding a meeting with INEC Presiding Officers. It was also gathered that the APC has since two days ago been bringing in loads of people into the state for the purpose of helping them vote in this election. Today. Many numbers of BRT buses were seen bringing in people with special soldiers accompanying them.
You would recall that the PDP has accused the APC in so many occasions for allegedly buying and cloning voters cards. In another development, an APC youth leader was caught arrested in Orionmwon local government with loads of PVCS. His release was later facilitated by Patrick Aisowiehen, honourable member representing Orhionmwon/Uhumwonde Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives.
You would also recall that Five boys allegedly carrying out the orders of Patrick Aisowiehen were arrested with a Hilux Van full of ammunition. The APC have also been caught on camera thumb printing on ballot papers. Governor Oshiomhole has also been quoted saying “Over my dead body for Ize-Iyamu to become governor” hence his level of desperation and monetisation of the election.
Observers have frowned at the manner the APC has handled this election and called for an investigation into the money that they have sunk into this campaign as the level of poverty and starvation in the land is palpable even as local government workers are still unable to pay salaries.
