The Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force, Edo State Command has declared one Mr. Osayande Ernest 20 year-old from Evboukabua, orhionmwon Local Government Area and his collaborators wanted over an alleged same sex involvement .

The declaration to apprehending the crime perpetrator is in tandem with the law which says, “A person who registers, operates or participates in gay clubs, societies or organizations,or directly or indirectly makes public show of same-sex amorous relationship in Nigeria commits an offense and is liable on conviction to a term of 10- year.”
Confirming the incident, the State Police Public Relations Officer ASP Steven Onwuche stated that one Osayande Earnest and four other suspects who are now at large were involved in same sex act.
“Yes we have been briefed by the authority of the school over the allegation. At the moment the suspects is at large and we would do everything within our capacity to apprehend them and charge them to court for onward prosecution”, he emphasised.
Relatedly, the families have also claimed that since may 25, their son had gone AWOL while pleading with all to help make relevant information regarding the whereabout of their children.
