This was inline with Yidawi’s campaign promises to sponsor and train Youths’ associations on “Repair and Maintenance of Boreholes” across his constituency.

Speaking to our Correspondent at the week end, the Young Politician said, “The gesture is to ensure that women and children no longer need to risk their lives and walk long distances to fetch water in ponds and rivers, as the moribund boreholes when repaired would assist in providing portable drinking water to the people in the communities, especially residents and traders from within and outside the state patronizing Bakin Kawuwa/Pakilama Main Market for ease to do business.

“Already, we have repaired the two hand pump boreholes in Katsina, behind former Lawan Birma House, Kidang and that of Bakin Kasuwa communities respectively, and more of such will continue in addition to other interventions that will better the living condition of the electorate/masses”. He stated.

He therefore called on the people of the area to be patience and give their maximum support and cooperation to the All Progressives Congress (APC) led- government at the Ward, Local and State level which is been led by Governor Professor Babagana Umara Zulum.
