Unknown Soldier Exposed How Northern Nigeria Military Leadership Deployed Nearly 200 Southern Soldiers To Hottest War Theatre To Die
AN unknown soldier has revealed what has been largely rumoured by Nigerians that the Nigerian Army has been experimenting with Southern Nigerian Christian soldiers as guineapig to fight Boko Haram insurgents at the battlefields in the Northern region.
The Nigerian military has severally denied the allegation of favouring Northern soldiers against the Southern military combatants.
A former military young Turk, name withheld, who left the Nigerian army midway in the service told Trojan.com.ng of several incidences of sending Southern soldiers to the hottest part of the battle against Boko Haram.
“I deserted the army after twelve years of service when I saw that the Norther leadership of the military is deliberately constituted to killed Christian soldiers.
“Have you asked yourself why military and airforce jets fighter will drop bombs on military bases resulting to the deaths of all Christian soldiers in most cases?
“Do you think they are accidental that all the Service Chiefs since President Muhammadu Buhari came to power all virtually Muslims?
“If I open my mouth and tell the world what is happy in the Nigerian army, the country will collapse in a few months because of the injustices and total Northernisation of all the military and paramilitary agencies in the country”, he said.
