6- Construction of a block of ten lock-up stalls at usen market in Usen community
7- Construction of three blocks of thirty units each of open market stalls at Usen market in Usen Community.
8- Fencing of Obarenren primary school in Obarenren Community by mojo
9- Construction of three blocks of thirty unit each of open market stalls,at udo market in Udo Community
10- Construction of a block of ten lock-up stores at udo market in Udo Community
11- Renovation of health post at Iguoriakhi
12- Reconstruction of Iguobazuwa Council hall and Furniture
13- Drilling of 100mm diameter borehole at corpers lodge
14- Reconstruction of legislative arms building in Iguobazuwa.
15- Construction of revenue building and furniture
16- Renovation and furniture of marriage registry office at the local government secretariat in Iguobazuwa
17- purchase of 150KVA generating set and Construction of Generator house
18- Purchase of 6KVA generator and Construction generator house at chairman’s lodge in council secretariat
19- Drilling of 100mm diameter borehole at Chairman’s quarter in council secretariat
20- Supply of chairs and desk to primary schools in the Council Area
21- Donation of chairs to NYC camp ground at okada.
22- Renovation of chairman’s lodge with Furnitures
23- Drilling of 100mm diameter borehole at general hospital, Iguobazuwa
24- Drilling of 100 mm diameter borehole in Aifesoba Community
25- purchase of three slasher for clearing grasses
26- Donation of furniture items to FRSC
27- drilling of 100mm diameter borehole at Iguobazuwa market with generator
28- Rehabilitation of the access to road to the council secretariat
29- Refurbished council Mass Transit buses.
30- Construction of A block of three classrooms and headmasters office in Awori primary school in mile 3
31- Purchase of seven (7) utility vehicles for principal officers in the council
