Senatorial Race: AKHABUE’S Issues–Driven Campaign

EHIA Olu AKHABUE, an aspirant for Edo Central Senatorial seat, led his campaign team to Irua on Tuesday 5th April, for a formal flag off.
Witnessed by PDP leaders and teeming supporters, the event was especially unique in many aspects.
Of a truth, never in recent political history in Esan , has a politician of Akhabue’s mould been seen. After Ambrose Alli, with whom Akhabue shares profound ideological similarities,  Esanland has been yearning for another people- centred leader.
Therefore, his emergence  for Senatorial race is a refreshing intervention in the politics of Esanland.
Akhabue’s campaign is themed by pan- Esan development drive. He has a burning desire to  attract development to Edo Central, in the areas of roads and water infrastructures,
youth empowerment and networking with appropriate quarters to stem the tide of security menace in Esanland.
What sets this ICT expert apart from others is his honesty of purpose.
His promises are laid on the foundation of his integrity and fear of God .He doesn’t promise what he can’t do . What is more?
He is not into politics for money making: but to be an instrument for translating dreams and expectations into statements of social and political realities.
