LAGOS State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Urged The Fountain of Hope International to continue its humanitarian efforts of promoting unity and understanding within its members and the wider society. At the 35th annual general conference of the association, held at the Bishop Akinde Christian Resource Centre in Bariga, Lagos, the Governor’s speech was delivered by the Secretary to the State Government, Mrs Abimbola Salu-Hundeyin. Sanwo-Olu emphasized the association’s crucial role in embodying the gospel’s teachings and contributing to the well-being of society.
He commended the association for its dedication to humanitarian services and encouraged them to utilize the conference as a platform for dialogue and understanding, shaping future initiatives while remaining committed to the teachings of Jesus Christ. Debo Atunwa, the Deputy Chairman of the association, highlighted their focus on strengthening evangelism as a foundation of society through various forms of sponsorship and donations to charity organizations.
