Hon Lucy Omagbon: An Experienced Mother With Leadership Legacies

Eben Enasco Reporting.
IT surprises me how many leaders don’t spend enough time thinking about their legacy, what they will leave behind for the organization and the people they serve.
For many, leaving a legacy is associated with the end rather than the beginning of the next phase in one’s career.
Leadership is not shaped and legacy is not defined at the end of the road, but rather, by the moments shared, the decisions made, the actions taken, and even the mistakes overcome throughout the many phases of one’s career.
For Honorable Lucy Omagbon to date, she has experienced many significant phases in her career and these series of legacy stages have guided her journey and shaped the leader that she is today.
She has been able to use those phases of her career thus far as milestones to measure her progress and maintain a strategic focus on her leadership trajectory.
As part of this process, she has remained in close contact with those people who played important roles in her leadership growth and experienced it at each stage of her career to remind herself of how she had matured and course-corrected her way along the journey.
As Ovia Federal Constituency and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, continue their search for a thorough breaded representation ahead of the 2023 House of Representatives election, the leadership information that could prove very useful to their direction is found in Hon Lucy Omagbon’s plethora of leadership legacy and achievements which for many actors within the party line and the constituent, stand as a pointer to her quality dispositions.
This, in no distance time, will count as a prime factor for her choice in the representation of Ovia Federal Constituents.
In 2016, she was the Ovia North-East part of the Constituents hench-woman who devoted time to set up a quality health care facility and other litanies of projects to herald a successful reign in office.
There can be other economic factors involved in her show’s fate, but typically the higher-rated series are renewed and the lower-rated ones are canceled.
Interestingly, Hon Lucy Omagbon after many years of departing on completion of tenure as a local government hench-woman, her legacies still populate the memory of her people who were not brainwashed by a mere talk show, but work done that hasn’t been surpassed by anybody’s achievement to alleviate the sufferings around her people.
The best leadership legacies are a consequence of success coming to those who are surrounded by people that want their success to continue.
Therefore, it’s of note to conclude that, when you can inspire those around you to take a leap of faith with you, you are creating a legacy-defining moment in your leadership career.
It is in place to say that whenever you have this opportunity, embrace it.
People and parties must capture the moment and appreciate the inherent responsibility associated with it to guide and shape the overall activity during the forthcoming National Assembly Election in Edo State.
For many, the legacy of Hon Lucy Omagbon is mostly likened to that of Ronald Reagan which is believed to be as strong as ever as U.S. political parties are in search of a narrative both sides can lean on to rebuild public trust in government and an example of how the Representatives should lead
