Group Drump Support For Governor Badaru To Contest For Presidential Post
A group under the auspices of Nigerian Youth Alliance Badaru 2023 has called on the Jigawa state governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar to come out full force and contest for the Presidential position in view of his contribution to his state and the nation at large.
The group who spoke through its National Chairman Alhaji Musa Muhammad Bauchi during a Press Conference held in Kano State on Thursday said the performance of the governor has no boundary . He has impacted in various field of human endeavors since his inception as the Jigawa state governor in 2015.
The group resolve to lure the Jigawa state governor to come on board was based on his outstanding performances as a leader extra ordinary . ” We feel if given the mandate to serve as President of this Country he will bring rapid socio economics developments across the nation.
Enumerating some of the practical developmental projects brought about by his stewardship such as the construction of 348 new Primary School, while upgrading 142 Junior Secondary School. He said Governor Badaru has Employed 1, 393 qualified teachers.as well as
purchased 243 Motorcycles for School inspection.
He said governor Badaru Abubakar is making Jigawa the number one producer of Sesame in Nigeria and the top producer of Rice and Hibiscus in Nigeria through Cluster farming. Through various empowerment programs, he uplifted more than 150,000 people out of poverty.
Bauchi said it was governor Badaru who also rebranded Jigawa state with about 3,000 Km road network around Jigawa state.
