Eid-el-Fitr: Dr. Kabo Felicitates With Muslims, Calls For Prayers, By ABDULLAHI  RABIU, Kano

MUSLIMS faithful have been called upon to put in practice the virtues and moral lessons they have acquired during the just concluded Ramadan Fasting.
The Director General Kano State Hospitals Management Board, Dr. Nasiru Alhassan Kabo, made the assertion in his 1443AH (2022) Eid-el-Fitr message to Muslims all over the globe contained in a press release issued from the Public Relations Unit of the Board.
Dr. Kabo stated that Ramadan is a spiritual university where Muslims undergo to get moral etiquettes that purify their souls toward rigorous worshipping the Almighty and do humanitarian services to people.
The Director General explained that, during Ramadan, righteousness, sense of belonging, endurance, kindness, persistent prayers, recitation of Glorious Quran and other virtuous deeds are what Muslims identified with in order to become more closer to their Creator.
He also noted that people are expected to continue practicing those most cherished manners in the remaining months of the year so as to have their past sins wiped out by the Almighty.
“On behalf of my family, relatives and the entire staff of Hospitals Management Board, I am extending my hearty wishes to Governor Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje OFR (Khadimul Islam, Khadimul Lafiya), his family, members of the State Executive Council and people of Kabo local government in particular and the state at large on this year’s Eid-el-Fitr celebration,” said Dr. Kabo.
The Director General maintained that Governor Ganduje deserves all the accolades because of his steady and tactical approach to enhancing the healthcare system of the state by giving moral and logistics supports at all times, stressing that bringing down the effect of Covid-19 to its knees in Kano has proven His Excellency’s concern on the care of people of the state.
He attributed the success as a result of the systematic measures espoused by Khadimul Lafiya, coupled with his political will to see that Kano, being the most populous state in the nation, is not negatively hit by the pandemic, a step that enjoyed full support of people.
Dr. Kabo then enjoined people to continue rally round the Ganduje led administration so that the accomplishments recorded so far in the healthcare system of the state would be consolidated, maintaining that “Without support and cooperation of people of the state, the success would not have been achieved as we are witnessing today.”
He also called on them to be praying ceaselessly to the Almighty to salvage the country of the misfortunes and challenges bedeviling it especially on security and economy that had caused serious setbacks to the socioeconomic wellbeing of the citizens of the country.
“What we are seeing in Nigeria is certainly a mind boggling. We must humbly, therefore, completely submit ourselves to our Creator, seeking His Devine intervention.
“We must also admit that we are sinful to Him and henceforth shun the evil acts because He is the Owner of all things and the Designer of everything.
By so doing, I am quite optimistic that Allah, in His infinite mercies, will surely come to our rescue, and solve all our predicaments,” the Director General confidently asserted.
Lastly, Dr. Kabo prayed to Allah to continue supporting and guiding Governor Ganduje in his up and doing to free the state against the bondage of all forms of diseases that are threatening the lives of the good people of Kano.
