He highlighted the alleged electoral fraud and manipulation witnessed in Kogi and Imo states as evidence that future elections may not be free and fair. Frank also accused security agencies of participating in the rigging and emphasized that the police and other security agencies are now functioning as a security department within the APC.

According to Frank, the recent elections in Imo and Kogi states are indicative of what Nigerians can expect in 2027. He criticized the compromised state of the electoral system, citing the manipulation of the INEC Result View (IReV) portal and the Bi-Modal Voter Accreditation System (BIVAS) as examples. Frank also expressed concerns about the judiciary, which he claimed has become the APC’s legal department and may uphold any controversial decisions made by INEC.

The warning from Frank raises serious doubts about the integrity of future elections under the APC leadership and calls attention to the urgent need for electoral reform in Nigeria
