Abba Kyari: How Federal High Court Dismissed Hushpupi Case Since August 2022, Yet Nobody in Nigeria Including Police Service Commission Have Authority Over The Hushpupi Matter Again
Mr Braimoh is ignorant of the Fact that when a Court dismisses a Case no any Organization will have Authority to continue with that same matter again.
More over before the Court Dismissed the case in August 2022, The then IGP have sent his Report and Recommendations to the Police Service Commission PSC November 2021 which was even leaked to the media and the media carried it widely December 2021 and early 2022. Anybody can easily google and check.
