OVER 168 passengers of Dana Air flight 9J359 Lagos to Abuja have escaped death following a strange faulty sound from the aircraft while approaching the Muritala Mohammed Airport runway for take-off, NewsDirect can report.
This medium learnt that the plane had been cleared for take-off and was taxing towards the runway for take-off when a strange sound and alarm sounded.
The passengers raised their voices in frightened voices and they insisted that the plane will not take them to their destination.
They started shouting and banging on the plane exit doors eventually prompting the pilots to return the plane to the tarmac.
The Dana Air flight 9J359 Lagos to Abuja had a scheduled departure time of 5.55pm while it was supposed to land in Abuja approximately an hour later.
Meanwhile, the passengers have been returned to the tarmac and awaiting the reaction of the Dana Air management.
As at the time of filling in this report at 19.02pm, the passengers are still at the tarmac.
